Delivery policy:

Dispatch time 

  • the Octo aims to dispatch its every order within 24 hours once the order has been confirmed. 
  • Special orders, such as preorder now may take additional time which will be communicated during the process of ordering. 
  • After the order has been dispatched Normally it may take 2-3 working days to delivered to your location.
  • However there may be any situation where delivery takes more than 3 days due to any technical issues, such as; Bad weather, Law & Order situations etc or in Interior Areas.

Delivery Information & Shipment Charges

  • We process Cash On Delivery orders (above value PKR 1000) via TCS / Leopard CS / Blue EX courier service and (below value PKR 1000) via Pakistan Post..
  • Delivery is Free in both conditions across Pakistan.

    If you have not received your order after a week please mail us at info@theoctostudios.com.

    Product Information

    Most Octo Studios' products displayed at the Site are available while supplies last. The prices displayed at the Site are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are valid and effective only in Pakistan.

    Colors: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor/LCD/LED, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

     

    Return & Exchange Policy:

    To have a whole new and easy shopping experience at home, the Octo provides 7 days return and exchange policy for you. You can return or exchange all items except products on SALE! with in 7 days of product receipt.

    Unwashed, unworn, wrong or defective items may be returned or exchanged for a same/different size, design, within 7 days from the date of delivery.

    Shipping costs to send any non-damaged/wrong items back to Octo™ is the responsibility of the customer. Octo™ will be responsible for return shipping costs on defective/wrong merchandise only.

     Octo™ will not accept exchanges for any item that has been washed, dried, damaged or stained in any way. This includes items that have been damaged or shrunk in a dryer. Octo™ is not responsible for bleeding, damage of print or fading of colors due to washing.  We recommend Hand washing all items in cold water and hang drying to prevent discoloration, print damage and shrinkage. For more details on our washing and caring instruction kindly refer to tags of your item.

    Transaction charges may be applicable. Also please note that this process may take 5-10 working days.
